- Training Pay: $15 per hour during training (up to 6 weeks)

What You'll Do as a Pallet Builder: - Inspect incoming pallets for damage, defects, and repair needs
- Use hand and power tools (hammer, crowbar, nail gun, etc.) to repair and rebuild pallets
- Replace broken boards, reinforce weak spots, and get pallets back to top quality
- Ensure all repaired pallets meet safety and customer standards
- Maintain production targets while keeping quality high
- Complete daily piecework or production paperwork
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Skills and Experience What You Will Bring as a Preferred Candidate: - ¡Hablamos Español! Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using hand tools (hammer, crowbar, pry bar) and power tools (nail gun, saw, pneumatic tools)
- Background in warehouse, construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or pallet repair
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or damage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- A safety-first mindset and familiarity with PPE
- Good time management and the ability to stay productive with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to show up every day ready to work
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- A positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions and be a team player
- Ability to complete basic paperwork, production sheets, or piecework log
