Flex Fuels Ambition. About the role We're looking for a frontline BDR Manager to lead a team of 7-9 IC BDRs and report directly to our Head of Sales Development. You'll be the day-to-day coach, performance manager, and operator for the team - owning ramp, pipeline pacing, and the AE+BDR pod motion that drives our top of funnel. This is a player-coach role for someone who loves building teams, not managing dashboards.
