Collaborate with surgical teams and assist in facilitating seamless patient transitions. Educate patients and families about post‑operative care and potential complications. Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide critical interventions as needed. Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the PACU. Requirements: Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan. Previous experience in a PACU, ICU, or similar clinical setting preferred.
