Kitchen Crew Members make the magic happen at Illegal Pete's, cooking the great food that we're known for. Kitchen Crew are responsible for food quality, cleanliness and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include prep, grill, and dish.  This position is Part-Time and will require some flexibility in scheduling to support large catering orders.

MORE MONEY - $25.00 - $27.00 per hour including tips! 

We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Base rate starting at $18.81 depending on experience, skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year!

Requirements of the job

• Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection
• Deliver excellent guest service
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
• Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
